What are the monthly payment methods?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit and debit card, bank transfer or PIX. Paying in person at one of our units is also accepted in cash, we remind you that in order to facilitate and speed up the service, if possible, take the exchanged amount.

What can I do if my internet is not working?

If you experience slowdowns, connection failures, or any other Internet-related difficulties, disconnect the equipment from the power for about 30 seconds and then turn it on again. If the problem persists, contact technical support. We are available with qualified professionals to assist you. Keep your invoices up to date.

Will my internet speed down when it reaches the package / plan limit?

No. Our services do not work as a data package. We offer a stable connection with unlimited use, where the speed will be constant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and with no download / upload limit.

I didn't receive the invoice for that month, how do I pay it?

The 2nd copy of the invoice is available at the Subscriber Center. You can also request it by email, social networks or pick it up at the unit in your region. Don't forget to keep your registration up to date.

Is there optical fiber on all streets?

The entire FUSION Network is Fiber Optic Transmission, check the availability of installation in your Region.
